Configuration of the database

Start your preferred browser and enter “localhost/phpmyadmin” in the address bar and select your database in the left column

Mark the table “qb_conf” in the left navigation menu and click on “Edit” in the right detail area

  • Enter a default password in the “DEFAULTPW” field

    This password is used when, for example, the “Reset password” function is used. Pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters (default is “Sadaja”)

  • In the field “SENDERMAIL” enter the e-mail address used as sender address for system-generated e-mails (default is “admin@qmms.com”)
  • Enter the file name of the company logo in the field “COMPANY LOGO”, which must be stored in the folder **\templates **. (Default is “qmms.png”)
  • The field “SERVER” must contain the server name (default is “localhost”)

    If you use an alias, you must enter the alias here

  • In the field “TIMEZONE” you can set the timezone in which the server is located (standard is “Europe/Zurich”)

Save all entries by clicking on “OK”
