Structure of the start page

THE HEADER

The header contains the items that can be seen on all pages of the application:

This includes the following elements:

  • your company’s logo is - if configured – located in the upper left corner
  • and on right side there is the language change drop down as well as
  • the LOGIN button

The language options can be configured, depending on which languages should be made available. By default the languages German and English are included.

In addition to the drop down to change the language there is the link to login to the system or - when you are logged in - the name and role of the respective user.

THE TOP-MENU

The structure of the tool is divided into different areas that are accessible from the top menu.

On the far left is the menu CREATE NEW Q-CASE. By default, this page opens when you open the tool. On this tab all the data which is needed to open a quality complaint is entered.

In the menu EDIT / VIEW Q-CASE the processing the quality complaint is documented. There, all inputs to the basic data, emergency measures, definitive measures, etc. are done.

The REPORTING section includes all analysis reports that can be run using the data from the tool. Depending on the configuration this menu is visible to all users or only to users with the appropriate rights.

Under the COSTS menu you will find the summary of all the costs that were allocated to the quality complaints. Also this menu is - depending on the configuration - visible to all users, or only for those users who have the appropriate rights.

The ADMINISTRATION includes all forms that are necessary for the maintenance and management of the tool - this menu is accessible only to administrators.
