Technical closures
This report shows those Qcases that have changed their status from open to technically closed or closed during the defined interval. The color of the Q-case number shows the current status of the Q-case: green for completely closed and yellow for technically closed.
On the left side of the screen, you can make a selection for whichever time frame you would like to have the analysis. As a default 21 days are pre-defined.
Also in this table - as for all tables - you can filter the column by specific expressions.
