Meta-Data
The meta-data report shows a table of all Q-cases to which a meta date has been assigned.
In order to keep the data manageable in the diagram and to ensure fast loading time, the report only displays the data of the last 12 months, but clicking the icons allows any period of time to be selected for display.
Furthermore, it is possible to filter the data in the diagram according to the different classifications. Since typically the technical Q-cases are of most interest, the filter is preset to TECHNICAL COMPLAINT. But you can always change the filter.
Also in this table - as with all tables - the columns can be filtered according to specific terms.
The metadata, unlike the rest of the columns, can not be filtered in the column header. These can only be selected from the select box.
If you hold down the “Ctrl” key when selecting the meta data, more than one meta data can be selected at the same time
