Failure classes
The report error category evaluates the Q-cases according to the assigned error codes CC - FAILURE CLASS.
To keep the data within the report manageable and to assure a fast loading time only the data from the last 12 month will be shown. By clicking on the -icons the analysis timeframe can be changed to and period in time.
It is possible to further analyze data by different classifications. By default it is set to TECHNICAL COMPLAINTS. The filter can be changed at any time, by using the drop down on the left side of the screen.
By clicking the left mouse button on a category column you can drill down for further details.
In the detailed evaluations, the date selection and classification can no longer be changed. The selection period and classification are located on the first form.
When you click on a failure class with the left mouse button in the detail evaluation, it will show a tabular list of all Qcases is listed in this category.
As for all tables: right-clicking on a specific Q-case will open a new window with the detailed data of the case.
