In this form the reminder time periods can be defined for the different reminder events.
FIRST REMINDER TO Q-CASE RESPONSIBLE IF NO Q-CASE LEADER IS ASSIGNED: this is the time-out when the first reminder is send to the Q-Case rsponsible if he / she has not assigned a Q-Case leader. The default value is 48 hours
IF STILL NO ASSIGNMENT REMIND ALL: if the first reminder was ignored by the Q-case responsible he / she will get an additional reminder after 24 hours (default value). This reminder will only stop when a Q-case leader was defined
FIRST REMINDER TO Q-CASE RESPONSIBLE IF IMPLEMENTATION REQUEST IS NOT ANSWERED: if the team requested the implementation approval, the system sends immediately a notification to the Q-case responsible. If he / she does not ract after 5 days (default value) the system will start to send out reminders to the Q-case responsible until he / she either accepts or rejects the implementation approval
FIRST REMINDER TO Q-CASE RESPONSIBLE IF CLOSURE REQUEST IS NOT ANSWERED: same is true for the closure request. If the Q-case responsible does not accept or reject the closure within 5 days (default value) the system will start to send out reminders to the Q-Case responsible until he / she either accepts or rejects the closure approval
SEND REMINDER TO ACTION-ITEM OWNER, IF DEADLINE IS DUE: this setting defines (if the reminder function for action items is configured in the system configuration) when an action item owner will be reminded by the system that his / her action item becomes due (default is 2 days before deadline)
The default values can be changed by selecting the new value from the drop-down list. Changes will be saved immediately.
