Mailing

The mailing form is only available if the mailing function is enabled in the system configuration

Since the Q-case system is using different events along with the progress of the Q-case, it is also possible to set up an automatic mailing function on any of these events.

Mailing set-up

To add a mailing any user of the system can be selected from the upper left drop-down list and transferred to the E-MAIL list by clicking on the -icon.

Once the user is added the specific mailings can be set by selecting the user from the E-MAIL list. If there are already mailings for this user set they will be highlighted in the EVENT and REGIONS list.

Mailing set-up for specific user

The mailing can be set up very specific. From the EVENTS list the event which should trigger a mail can be selected and additionally in the REGION list it can be defined if the mailing should only take place if a Q-case is entered by a user from a specific region. To get an event mail from any Q-case, all regions have to be selected.

The mailing list can be modified by selecting or de-selection the checkboxes next to the events and regions. To delete a mailing, select the user from the E-MAIL list and then click on the -icon next to the drop-down list.
